Beginner Knitting

Fiber Fest is the perfect time to learn a new skill! Learn the foundational stitches to get started knitting flat items. In this class we will be knitting cotton washcloths. Not only are washcloths fun to knit they're practical and make great gifts!

You will learn to knit and purl, cast on and bind off, and how to read a simple knitting pattern.
