Atelier at 1109 is a space to create, not a place to work. This coop-style artisan gallery features textiles and fiber arts, glass arts, print art, and screen printing created for you to love. We hope you love your purchase from the artists of Atelier at 1109, but we know online purchases don't always work out. Our artists create their pieces with lots of thought and love in mind, and they want you to be happy with your purchase, so please read our return policy below.
Return Policy:
- We must be notified of your return within 48 hours of your delivery at atelierat1109@gmail.com. (Please provide your name, shipping address, and order number within the email.) Once a return is approved by the artist that created your purchase, you will be notified to ship your return to Atelier at 1109 within 7 to 10 business days.
- Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached for all apparel items. For non-apparel items, returns must be damage and alteration free. Please include your package slip with the return and circle the names of the items you wish to return.
- MAIL BACK TO: 1109 2nd. St., Perry, IA 50220
- Refunds can only be issued in the form of an exchange from the same artist.
- All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Shipping is non-refundable, unless of course, we made a shipping error.
- Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once we receive it.
Please note: We are not responsible for return shipping or lost returns. We recommend purchasing tracking when returning an item and keeping shipping receipts for your records.
