After Thought Heel - Sock Knitting Class

Description:
After thought heel is a technique where the heel of the sock is added after the sock is made as if it were an "after thought."

For this class, you need to have a basic understanding of casting on, knit and purl stitches, and use of magic loop. This will be a two session class, with the 1st session reviewing casting on and working the pattern. The 2nd session will teach the technique of the after thought heel.

Materials Needed:

• Size 2 Knitting Needles with a 24"-40" cable (your preference)
  
• Sock weight yarn
• Waste yarn
