Born and raised in Iowa, I moved to Perry in 2012 after finishing my bachelor's in Accounting. We bought our home and started a family in 2013. In 2019, I decided to quit my job in town and be a stay at home mom. We now have four kiddos: Cooper (7), Emery (4), Nora (2) and Griffin (4 months). They keep us on our toes!I've always loved art and grew up around two very artistic parents. Recently, I lost five immediate family members in four years time, one of them being my Mom. She was one of my "rocks". This played a huge role in why I started doing tie dye. It became an outlet for me and helped combat my depression. In 2020, I just started making different things. Learning as I went along. Friends suggested selling some of my art and the rest is history.I consider myself very blessed. I am grateful for my family and friends who push me to get out of my comfort zone at times. My husband, because of him I have an opportunity to do something I love, and he supports me 100% of the time. I'm just grateful to be alive and doing what I love. Thank you all!
